The Friends of Manito would like to share an important update about the Manito Holiday Lights.

After much thought and discussion, we have made the difficult decision not to hold the event in 2025. This choice was guided by concerns about the resources needed for it, the environmental impact on Manito Park, and the stress it can place on the Park’s nearby neighbors.

We know how much joy this event brought to our community, and we share in the disappointment. In 2026, we plan to revisit the idea and explore ways to create a celebration that spreads holiday happiness while caring for our Park and our neighbors.

Thank you for your understanding, and for being part of the Manito Park community we all love.
