ADA Ramp - Conservatory to Duncan Garden
Upcoming – Design of ADA access ramp to Duncan Garden from Gaiser Conservatory, 2026. The Friends of Manito is funding the design of the access ramp with installation planned in the future.
Replacement Boiler - Gaiser Conservatory
Upcoming – Replacement of the boiler serving heat to the greenhouses and Gaiser Conservatory, 2025-2026.
TFM is contributing $100,000 toward the replacement. Installation expected to begin in November 2025 with completion in January 2026.
Picnic Tables by Japanese Garden
TFM is currently funding the installation of new durable, attractive picnic tables that will create a peaceful, welcoming area for park visitors to rest, reflect, and connect with nature in the calm shade near the Japanese Garden

Memorial Fund
Donating to our Memorial Fund is a wonderful way to remember a loved one and offer the opportunity to enhance the park through specific gifts, such as a lilac bush, tree, bike rack, or Memorial Bench. All Memorial Donations of $100 and above are recognized with a plaque with the text of your choosing, displayed in the entry to Gaiser Conservatory. Endowment Fund
Responding to the need to fund ongoing park operations and maintenance, The Friends of Manito has established The Friends of Manito Endowment Fund at the Innovia Foundation to support ongoing park operations, maintenance and programming. Over time the endowment will fund a significant portion of the annual operating costs of Manito Park, ensuring that it remains a regional asset and local treasure for generations to come.
